"When should I start reading to my kid?" This is a question you'll hear over and over in the caregiving world. Our society puts so much pressure on children learning to read, but many parents struggle to know when to start with books. I've been disheartened many times seeing a parent explain that their child is 'too young for books'. Very young children may not appear interested in being read to the first time you pull out a book. Even after years of reading together they may
